If you are the website owner, but are paying a third party (a web designer) for the hosting of your website, please get in touch with them directly. The only person we can deal with is the GodsWeb account holder for this website. We cannot get involved with third party contracts unless the account holder has placed you as a contact on his/her account with us. Sorry!
This page usually appears when an invoice for web hosting has remained unpaid. Our policy is to send invoices 30 days before they are due and then several reminders both before and after the due date for payment before an account is actually listed for suspension.
All reasonable efforts have
been made before we reach this point and we apologise for any inconvenience
caused, but we have had no option, in the light of no communication, to assume
the site is no longer required.
WHAT TO DO NOW
As the account holder you should proceed to the
customer support/billing area,
to login to your account and make payment on your overdue invoices and/or
contact us as soon as possible.
You may also wish to check your email account for any email invoices you may have missed or overlooked. Direct payment links are also in those emails.
Once payment is made, your website should be back online within 8 hours. If it is not, you should raise a support ticket to let us know you have paid and we will manually re-instate the website again. Payment MUST be made within 30 days of an account being suspended. After 30 days, if the account still remains unpaid, for housekeeping purposes, the website will be automatically removed from our servers.
